Aventura is a high-rise city. The car lives in a parking deck on level three, the valet has a routine, and the building has a protocol for vendors that we already know. Aventura sits between Dumfoundling Bay and the Atlantic. The garages here are sealed concrete and still see salt aerosol on every level, brought in on cars driving back from the causeway. The combination of garage humidity and salt fallout produces a thin, even contamination layer on every parked car within weeks. It is not visible at arm's length. It is visible under calibrated lighting, and it is the reason quarterly decontamination is the floor.
The Aventura car population is two scenes in one. Williams Island and Porto Vita run mature European luxury — Mercedes S-Class and Maybach, Bentley Mulsanne and Continental, Range Rover Autobiography. Turnberry and Privé hold more performance — 911 Turbo, AMG GT, F-Pace SVR, the occasional Lamborghini Urus parked next to a G63 in the same garage. Cars get driven less than residents expect. The buildings are walkable; the car is for trips to Bal Harbour, Aventura Mall, and the airport.

Every Aventura appointment is run by Grant Kelly or a detailer he trained personally. We bring our own power, lighting, and containment. We work in the assigned garage bay without spreading equipment across neighboring spots. We leave the bay cleaner than we found it — which is the rule that keeps the building re-clearing us for the next visit, and the next.
